Terms of Service

Valava's service provider is DOUBLE SOUTH TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED (the “Company”). The Company provides AI-assisted image and video generation, creation tools, project asset management and collaboration through Valava. Before using the relevant service, read these terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and pricing applicable to your transaction. Contact: [email protected].
Services and digital delivery
The website primarily supplies online digital services. Outputs and project materials are delivered through the relevant task or workspace; no physical shipping is involved. Available functions depend on account eligibility, project permissions, model capabilities and actual availability. A model's inclusion in the price list does not mean it is available to every account.
AI generation is uncertain. Outputs may contain errors, repeat other material, differ from expectations or fail to complete. Review results before use, publication or commercial delivery. Do not treat generated material as legal, medical or other professional advice.
Accounts and team permissions
Provide accurate, reachable account information and protect your login credentials. Do not bypass account, team or project permissions to access another person's materials. Team administrators should assign and maintain access appropriately.
You must have the legal capacity to enter the relevant contract and obtain guardian permission where required. Necessary and proportionate verification, restrictions or suspension may be applied to account anomalies, security risks or suspected misuse. Contact support to raise a concern or appeal.
Inputs, outputs and intellectual property
You must have the rights and permissions required to upload and use prompts, images, audio, video, likenesses, voices and other materials and allow the service to process them. Do not infringe third-party privacy, intellectual property or other rights.
To carry out functions you request, you permit Valava and the relevant technical providers to process, store and transmit the content to the necessary extent. This does not transfer your existing ownership of input content. Protection or commercial use of outputs depends on applicable law, input rights and the licences of the model or materials used. These terms do not guarantee exclusive rights or freedom from infringement risk.
Prohibited conduct
Do not create or distribute unlawful content, impersonate others for fraud, use likenesses or voices without required permission, harm minors, upload malicious code or use the platform for harassment, abuse or other unlawful activity.
Do not attack the service, evade security controls, misuse accounts, manipulate billing or improperly interfere with other users. Report suspected infringement or unlawful content to support with the relevant links, rights information and contact details for investigation.
Charges, balances and orders
The service uses account balances and usage-based charging. A top-up, manual credit, task reservation and settled charge are distinct events. A team member's spending allowance is not itself a cash balance available for withdrawal or refund.
The model, resolution, duration, reference inputs and other parameters affect charges. Before paying or submitting a task, check the displayed currency, unit price, estimated amount and transaction conditions. An estimate may differ from settlement based on actual usage. Price changes should be disclosed before subsequent orders are confirmed and must not rewrite existing transaction records.
The pricing page does not offer fictitious USD conversions, unavailable subscription plans or automatic-renewal commitments. Any future subscription or additional payment method must separately disclose its price, billing period and cancellation conditions before purchase.
Refunds, failed tasks and disputes
Top-ups and purchased digital services are generally non-refundable. Unused balance is not available for routine withdrawal or change-of-mind refunds. Duplicate or incorrect charges, services not supplied as agreed and refunds or remedies required by applicable law are reviewed under the Refund Policy. This change does not retroactively remove rights already acquired under law or the terms of an existing transaction.
A failed, timed-out or unresolved task does not by itself establish that a cash refund has completed. Provide the task and order details so support can reconcile settlement, reservations and payment records. Restoring account balance and returning money through a payment channel must be distinguished.
Changes, responsibility and statutory rights
Provider changes, maintenance, network issues or security events may affect availability. Retain relevant task or order information and contact support when a problem occurs. Service interruptions or performance issues will be addressed according to the circumstances and applicable law.
These terms do not exclude rights or liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded. Starting a digital service does not automatically waive statutory withdrawal, cancellation, refund or other remedies. Cross-border consumers retain mandatory protections under the laws applicable to them.
Material changes require any notice mandated by law. New or changed transaction conditions should be explained before the affected transaction. Email [email protected] for account, order or terms enquiries.
